After you process the Tuition Loan you will be responsible for paying tuition and fees for any additional courses that you register for by the payment deadline posted on SBS Important Dates.

NOTE: If you are planning to purchase a parking decal, please do so before processing your Tuition Loan and/or Payment Plan in order for your parking decal to be covered with one of these payment options.

  • Payments will be due on July 1, August 1, 2024. Tuition loan will be due on August 7, 2024.
  • To be eligible for a tuition loan, students must be enrolled for the current term, with no past due balances.
  • Current tuition and fees, parking decal, health insurance, housing and meal plan that are assessed at the time of enrollment are included in this option.

This short-term loan is available on May 8, 2024 and is due on August 7, 2024. Not a cash option. Funds are deposited in the student’s UTEP Miner Gold Card account and can only be used at the UTEP Bookstore. Fully online students may use the funds on their accounts to purchase books on the UTEP Bookstore website by entering their student ID number.
